State 250 - Any woman that bowls a 250 or above game is eligible for the State 250 award - one per season - but turn in all.    State 650 - Any woman that bowls a 650 or above is eligible for the State 650 award - All are listed on plaque.    Local 200 game -  Any woman that bowls a 200 or above game is eligible for a local 200 award - only 1 per season - only need to turn in first one.    Local 50 POA game - Any woman that bowls a game 50 pins over their average is eligible for this local award - Use book average or current average of 12 games.
